Funding for Teachers

Apply for grants for classroom equipment, professional development opportunities and conference travel. Iowa state has summarized grant opportunities for K-12 educators along with the deadlines and links to the funding applications. The GK-12 website also lists funding opportunities for teachers.

Resources

The National Science Digital Library (NSDL) has an experts blog, which has a section specifically for K-12 teachers. The National Science Foundation also has a compilation of classroom resources organized into 12 subject areas from the Arctic and Antarctic to Nanotechnology.
