The department is committed to supporting graduate students throughout their degree program through research assistantships (RAs), teaching assistantships (TAs), fellowships, or a combination of these.
RA/TA
The stipend for 2007-2008 is $1632/month, plus contributions toward tuition and health care
Fellowships
New students are eligible for Othmer, Larsen, and Chancellor's Fellowships, which add $1500 to $7500 to the standard stipend. All students accepted into the program are automatically considered for fellowships
