Welcome to the new web page for the Molecular Ferroelectrics Laboratory research group.
- We are studying organic ferroelectric materials, which have bistable spontaneous polarization, much like the inorganic ferroelectric barium titanate, but are carbon-based materials. This makes them compatible with other organic electronic technologies, like solar cells, OLED TVs, and wearable electronics. These materials are also intrinsically environmentally friendly.
- Current research group members are hard at work investing new ideas, working in the laboratory, analyzing data, and reporting their results at conferences and in the scientific journals.
- Our laboratory is located in 337 Jorgensen Hall.
